Appraising in the Foreclosure Market     (7 Hours Continuing Education)

This 7-hour seminar addresses the challenges found in completing foreclosure related assignments.  This includes pre-foreclosure appraisals, REO assignments, post-foreclosure reviews and the potential impact of REO inventory on non-REO properties.

Seminar Objective: To provide the appraiser with the direction needed to satisfy client report requirements in these special case assignments.
