Course #AP103:National USPAP Course (15 Hours Qualifying Education)This is the 15-Hour qualifying education program of study. It will be presented by an AQB USPAP Instructor who is also a state certified appraiser.
Texts: Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and National USPAP Course Student Manual, (The Appraisal Foundation.) This program provides the student with basic education on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The National USPAP Course was developed for The Appraisal Foundation and it, or its equivalent, is required as part of all qualifying education programs. Course Objective: To develop a basic understanding of the professional standards to which appraisers are expected to conform. Prerequisite: AP101 and AP102 or equivalent
