Note: Each student must have his or her own personal copy of the appropriate edition of USPAP.  This personal copy of USPAP may be:

•   Original spiral bound book; 
•   Electronic PDF version (downloaded to personal laptop, on CD, on flash drive); or
•   Reproduction of USPAP – An acceptable reproduction of USPAP is one from a Sponsoring Organization of The Appraisal Foundation that has received permission to distribute copies to its members. The title page should indicate that the copy was reproduced with permission from the Foundation (a paper or electronic version is acceptable).  In addition, a student may bring in printed format an electronic PDF version of USPAP that the student has otherwise lawfully acquired. In any cases, the printed copy must be a complete copy of the USPAP publication.
