FHA – Current Appraisal Requirements: (7 Hours Continuing Education)

This seminar provides a review and update of requirements from HUD on completing appraisals for FHA insured loans. Topics covered include FHA terminology, the consumer protection notice, location and property analysis, FHA Protocol, report requirements and special considerations. The seminar has been updated to include the most recent revisions to the 4150.2 and other FHA changes.

Seminar Objective: To provide the appraiser with the competency required for FHA appraisal assignments.
