Residential Cost Approach (7 Hours Continuing Education)

This seminar is intended as a practical refresher on the application of the Cost Approach to Value in residential appraisal. Topics covered include use of Marshall and Swift Residential Cost Handbook, proper use of report forms, the scope of work decision and disclosure as required by USPAP, site valuation and depreciation.

Seminar Objective: To enable the student to demonstrate an understanding of the principles, methods and techniques used in site valuation and the Cost Approach to Value.
To provide the appraiser with a better understanding of the application of cost approach in residential appraisal.
