Residential Appraisal Forms and USPAP Compliance (7 Hours Continuing Education)

This 7-hour seminar covers the proper use of the most commonly requested residential appraisal forms including the most recently released Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac forms. The seminar covers the newest interior/exterior and exterior only forms for single-family, 2- to 4-family, condo, manufactured housing, and cooperative. The revised review forms are also covered.

Seminar Objective: To provide the appraiser with the direction needed to satisfy client report requirements while conforming with USPAP.
