Course #CE811

Appraisal Principles, Procedures & Techniques:

This seminar has been developed for the appraiser trainee or practicing appraiser as a review of appraisal concepts and techniques that are covered in-depth in qualifying appraisal education courses. Experience has shown that if all learned appraisal concepts and techniques are not practiced on a day to day basis, there is a need for this type of review. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), appraisal methodology, the approaches to value, mathematical calculations and appraisal terminology are emphasized in this course.

A careful study of the information provided in this course will also assist the appraiser who is preparing to take an appraisal exam for licensing or certification.

TAIPS has a special discount offer from LearnAppraising.com. LearnAppraising.com provides a highly acclaimed online exam preparation resource for any preparing to sit any level appraisal exam. For details – click here.
