Course #CE812

Residential Report Writing:

This seminar has been developed for the real property appraiser interested in learning how to correctly report residential appraisal results based on the report type and scope of work in the assignment. It provides an excellent review for the experienced appraiser.

It is important for the appraiser to recognize that the level of information required in each appraisal report is based on the agreement with the client and the intended use.

The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and basic appraisal methodology are also reviewed as part of the course content.

Approved in New Hampshire for 7 hours of continuing education.

Approved for 7 hours in Vermont

Massachusetts approval #10950003

Arizona approval to be submitted.

Note: CE seminars offered in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota are presented by and approved through the Mid-West Appraisers Association. Report Writing Skills or the equivalent is a requirement in Nebraska every four years and in Iowa every two years.
