The URAR Revisited (7 Hours Continuing Education)

Seminar Description: This 7-hour seminar includes an in-depth review of the proper use of the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report appraisal form and the necessary addenda.

Seminar Objectives: To provide the appraiser with the direction needed to satisfy client report requirements in single-unit residential appraisal assignments for the secondary market while communicating results clearly in a manner that is not misleading.

Approvals pending – This course has been submitted for approval in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts.

Approved for 7 hours of continuing education in Arizona (#ABA 0412-1076).

Note: CE seminars offered in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota are presented by and approved through the Mid-West Appraisers Association.
