National USPAP Course

National  USPAP Course      

The 15-hour USPAP Course (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) is a required course for those who want to become a real property appraiser.  The National USPAP Course was developed for The Appraisal Foundation and it, or its equivalent, is required as part of all qualifying education programs.  It is recommended that Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures are taken prior to this course.

Required:            All students must bring their own 2018-19 USPAP book (None will be provided at class).
